Workshop med mestre Agostinho d. 23.,24. og 25. maj 2008

Foreløbig program :

Fredag 15.30-16.00 Indskrivning børn

            16.00-17.00 Børneworkshop og indskrivning voksne

             17.00-19.00 Capoeira træning alle niveauer

             19.00-ca. 21 Spil i flere rodaer og stor Roda

Lørdag 10.00-11.30 Begynder og let øvede

            11.30-13.00 Øvede

            13.00-14.30 Børneworkshop

            14.30-15.00 Pause

            15.00-16.00 Begynder og let øvede

            16.00-17.00 Øvede

            17.00-18.00 Spil og roda for alle niveauer

Søndag 11.30-13.00 Begynder træning

             13.00-13.30 Roda for alle niveauer

             13.30-14.00 Pause

             14.00-16.00 Øvet træning m. roda for alle

Sted : Havremarkens skole, Husumgade 44, Nørrebro.

Pris : 350 kr., der betales ved indskrivningen fredag.

Børneworkshop 150 kr.

    Thanks for a Great workshop, also the first Capoeira workshop I attend.

    Thank you for uploading this video of me, it means a lot to me, the first video of me (that I know of) in the Roda.
